Biggest superyacht Zadar has seen arrives

Zadar Marina has been home to some mega yachts in its time, including Russian tycoon and Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich's and Formula-one owner Bernie Ecclestone's, but none as big as the one that docked in on Tuesday to the Dalmatian city's marina.

Mayan Queen IV, worth more than 1 billion kuna (160 million Euros) sailed into Zadar Marina on Tuesday. The 93 meter long, 22 meter wide super yacht was built in 2008 in the Bloch + Voss shipyard in Hamburg, Germany with its luxurious interior designed by one of the world's most famous yacht designer Terence Disdale.

Mayan Queen IV is owned by one of the richest people in the world, Mexican mining magnate Alberto Bailleres. The boat, the biggest yacht to arrive in Zadar, will be in the marina for two days while its passengers explore they city of Zadar, reports daily newspaper Jutarnji list.
