Hate Walls of China

croatiantimes.com

Fed up businesswoman Jiang Jing built her own hate walls of China when she fell out with property developers in Changsha, Hunan province.

Jing had spent more than 500,000 GBP on a lease to take over part of a shopping centre but was still waiting to move in two months after signing the deal.

"I tried to take legal possession but they wouldn't let me, so I had to take the law into my own hands," said Jiang.

She came back in the middle of the night with builders and constructed two walls in the entrances of the building, leaving shoppers just a narrow space to squeeze through.

"They can knock it down if they like but I'll just put them up again until I get my property," explained Jiang.
