Wash The Fuss?

It might seem a wishy-washy excuse for turning their apartment block into a laundry - but students in Nanning, southern China, say they can't get their clothes clean any other way.
The college halls of residence are so small that any kind of washing machine is out of the question.
So students hang their clothes from the windows and hope the region's hot, rainy climate will do the rest.
"The apartments are tiny, just a bed and a desk. We don't have anywhere to wash or hang our clothes so they live outside," explained one.
"If we're lucky the rain washes them for us and then the sun dries them. People complain that it looks scruffy but what can we do?" he added.
