Vinodolska municipality is becoming a high-class tourist destination

Vinodolska, a municipality in Primorje-Gorski Kotar county in western Croatia, has been recognized each day as a more and more attractive place in which to live.
The destination was first recognized by residents of the nearby city of Crikvenica and soon after by other domestic and foreign businessmen and tourists.
Real estate agency "My Home" head Ivan Murn said Vindoloska was attractive to people who wanted to leave crowded cities.
Vinodolska offers them untouched nature, authentic villages and beautiful panorama views and is near the sea.
My Home agency started renovating old houses and building new ones for tourism ten years ago.
It claims its houses meet tourists' demands and has been expanding into luxury villas. Its clients are mostly rich foreigners from Western Europe.
Murn said the villas cost a maximum of 3,000 Euros per square metre.
