With their loving cuddle, it's hard to think that this lemur mum and her daughter Manja had to be separated when she turned on her twin babies after their birth.
Manja and sister Tanala - now both four months old - had to be hand-reared by keepers at Vienna's Schonbrunn zoo in Austria for their own safety.
But now the pair of red ruffed lemurs have been reunited with mother Ramena after pet psychologists arranged a series of remarkable custody meetings for the family.
"Their mother was put in a cage next to them for an hour at a time so she could smell them. If that went well we'd allow her to touch them.
"Before long she was starting to miss them," said one keeper.
Zoo boss Dagmar Schratter - who says the family is now completely reunited - explained: "It is always a last resort to raise young animals by hand and we are particularly delighted at how well reintegrating them with their mother has worked.
"The fact they have been reunited at such an early age will allow them to learn to integrate properly with the other lemurs - and to learn their language."
