An artist who went off his rocker when this sculpture of the Trojan horse made entirely of computer keys was hacked to pieces in a row over rent is suing his landlord for 73,500 GBP compensation.

Sculptor Babis Panagiotidis created the work - known as 'Pleasure is My Trojan Horse' - for an art show in Nuremberg, Germany.

But after the show the statue was cut to pieces with a chainsaw when a friend who had stored it in a garage for him forgot to pay the rent.

Judges have given the compensation case permission to proceed if the two parties cannot work out an out of court settlement.

Artist Baba says the work is a comment on the secrets of the Internet and a criticism of "Google viagra."
