Nexe Group, one of the leading producers of construction materials in the region, has opened a new roof-tile factory in Vinkovci.
The factory is named "Slavonka" and is part of Nexe Group's Dilj company. It was opened by Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor today (Mon).
The factory cost an estimated 200 million kunas or 27.48 million Euros. With the investment, Dilj has kept its position of one of the leading Croatian exporters in the branch. It exports 70 per cent of its production.
The website Tportal has reported the new factory has the newest technology for tile production and all construction work has been done by Croatian companies.
The factory employs more than 80 workers and has an annual capacity of 13 million roof tiles in three different models.
