First fashion flea market to be held in Split
Croatian Times
The first fashion flea market will be held on 13 March in Split.
The organizer, Split student Marija Kupresanin, came up with the idea after a discussion with her colleagues at the www.forum.hr fashion group.
Kupresanin told the Croatian Times that her aim was to make the flea market a tradition in Split.
She said: "The city of Zagreb already has flea markets, and I was asking myself why Split had not organized something like that. I am asking all residents to come and exchange their wardrobes, jewellery, shoes and other fashion accessories they do not use any more something new for themselves. They can even make some money."
The flea market will be held at Fabula restaurant from 11am to 5pm.
