Adris Group interested in acquiring Slovenian insurance giant Triglav
Croatian Times
Croatian tobacco and tourism company Adris Group could soon buy out Slovenian insurance giant Triglav, according to reports.
Slovenian business daily Finance said Adris Group told the newspaper it was "looking for new challenges".
Rumours of a buy out have been rife ever since the Slovenian government said it was planning to sell off part of its ownership in State-owned companies like Triglav.
