Man who slapped and kidnapped youths faces charges
Croatian Times
Police have pressed criminal charges against a 25-year-old man for having slapped and kidnapped two youths in Benkovac near Zadar.
The man was furious when he saw the 13-year-old boys throwing stones at his girlfriend's dog on Monday at a local fun fair.
He pulled them into his car, took them to his house and slapped one of them. Ten minutes later, he took them back.
The daily Jutarnji list has reported that police were notified about the man by the mother of a girl who was playing at the fun fair who had seen what had happened.
