Bus full of children catches fire

Croatian Times

A school bus full of children caught fire around 2pm today (Mon) in Dijanes near Zagreb.

"It was frightening, a true disaster.  The bus was standing at a stop when one woman noticed it was on fire. She notified the driver who luckily was able to evacuate the children in time. We tried to extinguish the flames, but we couldn't," a witness said.

None of the 30 students on board were injured, the Croatian daily Vecernji List reports.
