PM praises players but slams fans as chauvinist and right wing

Croatian Times

Croatian Prime Minister Zoran Milanovic has congratulated the Croatian football team for their performance at the current European Championship which is being held in Poland and Ukraine, but has slammed the nations fans calling them chauvinist and right wing.

Milanovic has slated the behaviour of Croatia's fans who caused trouble at all three of Croatia's matches. The behaviour will see European football's governing body UEFA sanction the Croatian football federation.

"Those fans who do that are not just chauvinist and extreme right wing or whatever, but they are people who do damage to Croatia and we as a country we have to deal with that," said Milanovic, adding that he does not consider the Croatian football federation responsible for the behaviour, reports website index.hr.

SO is Mr Milanovic saying that all Croatian football supporters are right wing? If so, then were are all the partiotic left wing supporters Mr Milanovic? Sitting at home sipping cups of tea? What a stupid comment to make.
