A multimedia exhibition about the food from the Istria region in Croatia is currently taking place at the Sacred Hearts musuem-gallery in the heart of the city centre of Pula.
The "Ki sit ki lacan" exhibition, which is open until 15 October, follows the development of gastronomy through various exhibits from old photographs and old menus, to various kitchen utensils, writes website Like Croatia.
The mulitmedia exhibition authors Mauricio Ferlin, Tajana Ujcic and Franko Lukez, leave visitors with the possibilty to make up their own interpretations of the history of gastronomy in Istria. The unique setting for the exhibition, the Sacred Hearts museum-gallery, used to be an abandonded church which was reconstructed and opened for exhibitons in July last year.
