Italian member of parliament caught poaching in Croatia

A member of Italy's parliament has been caught illegally fishing at the remote island of Palagruza in Croatia's Adriatic sea yesterday (Wed).
Croatian website index.hr reported that the Italian member of parliament Francesco Biava was caught by Croatian marine police on board an unregistered boat and without a correct fishing licence in the Croatian waters.
For many years it is believed that a number of fishermen from neighbouring Italy have been fishing in Croatian waters without licences and now one has been caught in the act.
