A man who sued his neighbour for spying on him is suing her again after claiming she grabbed his manhood when they reached a settlement to the first case in court. The 39-year-old man claims his 56-year-old neighbour tried to kiss him and grabbed his genitals when they hugged after the hearing in Osijek. Now he's demanding 1,000 GBP in damages for the "humiliation" of being sexually assaulted in front of the court. But his neighbour claimed: "It was a total accident. My hand just fell on his trousers as we were having a making up hug. I did not do it on purpose." Court officials have now sworn in the judge, his clerk, and all the lawyers to be witnesses in the new trial.
