Health minister to be a candidate for mayor of Zagreb

Health Minister Rajko Ostojic is to be the ruling Social Democratic Party candidate for the mayor of capital Zagreb, daily newspaper Jutarnji List has reported.
According to the source, Rajko Ostojic does not intend to leave the position of the minister before he eventually wins the elections for Zagreb mayor planned for May next year.
The final decision about Rajko Ostojic becoming a candidate is expected to be announced by Social Democratic party on Wednesday.
