Photodays 2010 festival accepting submissions
Croatian Times
All photographers who reside in Croatia are free to submit photos for the Photodays photo festival until 30 April.
It is a year-round project for the popularization of photographic art. This year’s competition has 10 official categories: architecture, fashion, nature, people, free subject, nude, photo-illustrated monograph, a concept through a series of images, multimedia and still nature.
Each winners in a category will receive a prize of 5000 kunas (689 Euros), the official award "Kadar (Scene)", and participation in the group exhibition "Photodays 2010," and the winning photos will be included in the holdings of the Museum of Arts and Crafts.
The Photodays 2010 programme also includes professional workshops and lectures, portfolio reviews, numerous exhibitions and a victory ceremony.
The final ceremony will be held on 4 and 5 June in Rovinj.
