Split acrobats among top ten European circus artists
Croatian Times
The Split Positive Force group was chosen one of the top ten European circus artists at the "Jeunes Talents Cirque Europe" competition in France yesterday (Tues).
Split circus acrobats Antonia Kuzmanic and Jakov Labrovic and musician Davor Gazde were selected among the best in a competition with more than 150 entries.
Jeunes Talents Cirque Europe said all jury members agreed that the Split artists were among the best.
Each one of the 10 winners will receive a prize of 12,000 to 18,000 Euros.
The competition is a support programme for performers in the circus-arts field in Europe.
The European Commission (EC) has helped fund the project.
