Split promenade to host 'biggest discotheque on the planet'

Dubbed the biggest discotheque on the planet, 'Discotheque Riva', held on the famous waterfront promenade of the Dalmatian city of Split, will take place for the third time this year on 10 August.
Last year more than 17,000 people from Croatia and around the world partied to the tunes of famous DJ Fedde Le Grand and organisers expect this year to be just as big when they announce the line up of guests next week.
The unique disco party lasts for 24 hours and will attract big names in the music industry from Croatia and around the globe, reports daily newspaper Slobodna Dalmacija.
