Prominent names to attend World Theatre Festival in Croatia

The 10th edition of the World Theatre Festival in Croatia's capital Zagreb, which is set to be held from 14-29 September, will feature five shows, one of which will be dedicated to famous American theatre director Ellen Stewart.

The World Theatre Festival is a project which assists in the integration of Croatian theatre into European culture. Some of the best of world theatre will be in Zagreb, including prominent theatre directors Katie Mitchell and Young Jean Lee.

"In 10-years we have become an important destination for the European festival, but we are most proud of the public," said director of Zagreb Youth Theatre and selector of the festival Dubravka Vrgoc.
