Zadar boss denied match-fixing speculation

Football club chiefs in Croatia have denied reports their games are being investigated by UEFA as part of an inquiries into a massive Europe-wide betting scam.
European football’s governing body last week said it was investigating around 200 European football games over match-fixing and corruption allegations.
The vast majority are domestic league games in nine countries - Germany, Belgium, Switzerland, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Hungary and Austria.
There has been speculation that in Croatia 14 Premiership games are being examined, including the clash between Zadar and Hajduk Split in April.
But Zadar head Reno Sinovcic dismissed the allegations.
Meanwhile it has been confirmed that the Croatian anti-corruption agency, USKOK, is cooperating with the investigations.
