Strongest Croatian line-up yet at ATP event in Umag

Croatian Times

Croatia's strongest representation yet will appear at this year's ATP Vegeta Croatia Open Tennis tournament which will be held in the Adriatic town of Umag from 5-15 June.

Joining last year's finalist and Croatia's number one tennis player Marin Cilic, will be Ivo Karlovic and Ivan Dodig. Big serving Karlovic returns to Croatia's strongest tournament after a four year absence.

"Appearing at the Umag tournament is always a great pleasure for our Croatian players, the local crowd, local atmosphere and top class organisation. I believe that our players will justify the crowds expectations and their own. Its time for a big result in Umag," said Karlovic.

Along with Croatia's top 3 tennis players, last year's winner, Ukrainian Alexandr Dolgopolov has been confirmed for the 23rd ATP Vegeta Croatia Open.
