Dinamo Zagreb bosses have taken their former player Eduardo Da Silva to court for failing to pay them a percentage of his transfer fee and wages.
The club’s executive president Zdravko Mamic claims the Brazilian born international star reneged on a percentage deal for 20 percent of transfer fees and wages when Dinamo Zagreb bought him from Brazil and later transferred to Arsenal.
But Da Silva who now plays for Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukraine, says that under FIFA rules they can only ask for 6 percent.
The trial continues.
