Croatia's first female coach of a male football team has barely managed to reach the goal at the half season point.
Before the winter break the 24-year-old blond beauty Tihana Nemcic has brought her fifth division team Viktorija from northern village of Vojkovac right above the line that secures them from relegation.
"We have ended the first part of the season in 14th position out of 16 clubs. And that's exactly the post that saves us from relegation. It was our goal when I took over the team", Tihana Nemcic is happy for her first successful half-season on a bench of a male team. She dreams for much more, hoping as high as to English Premiership one day.
"This makes me confident to prepare the guys better during the winter break. We have to save the team from relegation and then I can continue to go step by step with my career", kinesiology professor Tihana Nemcic has said.
She is also a Croatian female football national team player.
